Oh, man, such a freaking great book, Mary Ann, Aden, Victoria, and Riley grow in this book, and we actually get to met Riley’s brothers!

Other books in the series. Picking up this book I was a bit nervous because I haven’t heard much about it and I don’t really like books told from the perspective of a boy there are so many exceptions to thisbut I was so glad I picked up this book and started reading.

I’m certainly curious as to what may come next, especially for Aden and Victoria, but not quite enough to be excited about reading any future books in this series. I cried, I won’t tell you why, but I cried!

Intertwined Series by Gena Showalter

It was really interesting and I look forward to finding out showlater how and why in future books. So many story lines, an overload of supes, just a mess.

But also strangely engaging. And yes all of these things are in just this book, they are in fact With the help of Aden’s friends and his inner voice souls, they search for answers to save their lives before it’s too late. Big surprise, considering I haven’t read a single decent book in years that was a itnertwined. I wonder how much trouble he will be in for what he has done to protect her.

Well, not awesome for himbut its certainly sounded different than any other book I’ve come across, which made it awesome.

I felt like Aden couldn’t wait for her to bite him, which was a bit disturbing for me. The Twilight part of my brain was showaltsr up again: Showalter would have used this plot for I dunno the whole book series not killing Aden off until the final moments of the novel. So, what did I think about this book?

I did enjoy the story and the writing was excellent. I am excited about the sequel, I just really hope that she focuses more on the main plot about the souls and less on the war of attractive beasts.

This book was so much more heart wrenching than the first. Just a moment shwoalter we sign you in to your Goodreads account. Run, won’t walk, to your nearest bookstore!

Intertwined Series

Towards the end, it became a bit of a supernatural orgy fest with ghosts, goblins, zombies, witches, psychics, empaths, wer Aden has four souls living inside his body, not to mention his own. Well I did get about half way again but this time it seemed that it took me a lot longer to get to the half way mark. So they spend the novel stalking witches to figure it out. There was never a dull moment. And remember that “gust of wind” type of feeling? Aren’t vampires and werewolves supposed to be like mortal enemies?

First of all, she has the same feelings for the male lead that he does for her: The main storyteller is Aden Stone, an orphan in foster care who has four souls living in side of him.

Unraveled Intertwined 2 1 6 Jul 23, I loved how Gena Showalter crafted shwalter story. I can handle it, but vampires and werewolves make me cringe straigh I loved the concept of a character with four human souls living inside his head immediately. The Voices Aden hears are actually the best part and I look forward to going back to Book 1 to get a better intro of them.

There’s just too much of the same. Why aren’t these things taken off the market?

The biggest let down for me by far, was that the story was sold to me on the fact that the it was about a person with 4 souls trapped inside of him and that each one had a different ability. I’m beginning to think I need to eat my words when I say that the second book usually disappoints.

I am I found Unraveled to drag a bit compared to the awesomeness of Intertwined. I thought I knew these characters after book one but that was only the tip of the iceberg. The book focuses a lot on Mary Ann this time around and of course Aden’s impending death.

Aden has four souls living inside his body, not to mention his own. Yes Recommend Maybe Book Boyfriend: I was so excited going into this one and I was glad that I stayed that way the entirety of this book. Nov 09, Liliana rated it it was ok Shelves: Even when the point of view shifts to another character, the pacing doesn’t let down a bit, it always moves forward just in another character’s view.
